Malate · Manila — Est. 2023
Hard work.No limits.
A gym in Malate with good equipment and better people.
All iron. All heart.
MNLA Fitness lives three floors above Taft Avenue — beside the Jollibee, across from Quirino LRT. We opened in 2023 with no franchise behind us. Just a floor of iron, a strip of turf, and the idea that a gym should feel like it knows your name.
It still does. Come once and you're a guest. Come twice and someone's counting your last rep with you. The equipment builds the body — the people bring you back.

The Community
Seminars, team trainings, and a group chat that never sleeps. You end up with training partners whether you planned to or not.
Everything you need. Nothing fancy.
Plate-loaded machines, cables, racks, dumbbells, and a strip of turf on one floor. It's not a mall gym, and honestly that's the appeal — everything here gets used, nothing is for show. Except maybe the neon sign.

This could be you.
Where every rep builds bond, and every member is family.
Ang tunay na malakas ay nagbabalik ng plates.
Allstar!!! Napasama sa All Star.

The usual questions.
Where exactly are you?
3rd floor of the Lopez & Cabana Building, 2104 Taft Ave. corner Quirino, Malate — beside Jollibee, right in front of Quirino LRT Station. Search "MNLA Fitness" on Waze or Google Maps.
Can I walk in without a membership?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome any day — just show up during operating hours and pay per session at the front desk.
I'm a complete beginner. Is that okay?
That's the point. The crew looks intimidating on stage, not on the floor. Coaches and regulars will help you with form from day one.
Do you offer coaching or contest prep?
Yes — personal training and full contest prep with MNLA coaches, including prep coach Robi Miano, whose athletes placed at the IFBB PH Nationals 2025.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 6AM–10PM, Saturday and Sunday 10AM–9PM. Holiday hours get posted on our Facebook and Instagram.
How do I sign up?
Message us on Facebook or Instagram — that's the fastest way to get current rates and reserve a slot. Or just walk in and say hi.
